Hydrame, kullanıcıların günlük su/sıvı tüketimini takip etmesine, bilime dayalı hedefler belirlemesine, akıllı hatırlatmalar almasına ve hidrasyon geçmişini görüntülemesine olanak tanıyan bir mobil uygulamadır. Tüm hidrasyon verileri cihazınızda saklanır.
Hydrame'i kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez. Uygulama isminizi veya e-postanızı toplamaz.
Hydrame Premium aşağıdaki seçeneklerle Google Play üzerinden sunulur:
Premium; reklamsız deneyim, sınırsız günlük kayıt, tüm premium temalar, genişletilmiş geçmiş ve gelecekteki premium özellikleri içerir. Güncel fiyatlar Play Store'da görüntülenir.
Yıllık abonelik 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresi ile başlar. Deneme süresinin sonunda iptal etmediğiniz takdirde abonelik otomatik olarak ücretli hale gelir ve Google hesabınıza tanımlı ödeme yöntemiyle tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Google Play Store → Hesap → Abonelikler menüsünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonrasında dönem sonuna kadar premium özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder; yenileme yapılmaz.
İade talepleri Google Play politikalarına tabidir. İade taleplerini Google Play'in resmi iade prosedürü üzerinden yapmanız gerekir. MFK Apps Studio doğrudan iade işlemleri gerçekleştirmez.
Hydrame ücretsiz sürümünde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklamlar gösterir. Premium abonelik satın alarak reklamları kaldırabilirsiniz. Ödüllü reklamlar (örneğin premium bir temayı 24 saat açmak için) tamamen isteğe bağlıdır.
Hydrame uygulaması, logosu, tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve içeriği MFK Apps Studio'nun fikri mülkiyetidir. Kişisel kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya değiştirilemez.
Hydrame tıbbi tavsiye vermez ve bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Hesaplanan günlük hidrasyon hedefleri, hatırlatmalar ve içgörüler yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve kilo, aktivite gibi genel girdilere dayanır. Sağlık durumunuza özgü sıvı ihtiyacınız için (gebelik, böbrek/kalp rahatsızlıkları, ilaç kullanımı vb.) bir sağlık profesyoneline danışın.
MFK Apps Studio, kullanıcının uygulamayı kullanması veya kullanamaması sonucu doğabilecek herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
MFK Apps Studio, hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmetin sonlandırılması durumunda kullanıcılar makul bir süre önce bilgilendirilir ve aktif premium abonelikleri için Google Play politikası kapsamında iade gerçekleşir.
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulur. En güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application Hydrame: Smart Water Tracker ("Hydrame" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

Hydrame is a mobile app that lets users track daily water/fluid intake, set science-based goals, receive smart reminders, and view their hydration history. All hydration data is stored on your device.
No account is required to use Hydrame. The app does not collect your name or email.
Hydrame Premium is offered via Google Play with the following options:
Premium includes an ad-free experience, unlimited daily logs, all premium themes, extended history, and future premium features. Current prices are shown in the Play Store.
The yearly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid and is charged via the payment method on your Google account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the billing period; no renewal occurs.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies. Refund requests must be submitted via Google Play's official refund procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not process refunds directly.
The free tier of Hydrame shows ads via Google AdMob. Premium subscribers have ads removed. Rewarded ads (e.g. to unlock a premium theme for 24 hours) are fully optional.
The Hydrame app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.
Hydrame does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. The calculated daily hydration goals, reminders, and insights are for general informational purposes only and are based on general inputs such as weight and activity. For fluid needs specific to your health condition (pregnancy, kidney/heart conditions, medication, etc.), consult a healthcare professional.
MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice, and refunds for active premium subscriptions will be handled under Google Play policy.
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
